As a Digital Communications Specialist at Kent, I managed the digital communications for the merger and acquisition of Kentech and Kentz and the launch of Kent.

My content strategy included positioning Kent as an attractive workplace amidst the industry's ongoing talent battle to fulfill the requirements of the energy transition.

01 — Project details

To succeed in the energy transition, Kent, an integrated energy services company headquartered in Dubai, aims to engage experienced employees and attract new talent with diverse skills, particularly in engineering, for their major energy projects in a competitive industry.

02 — Creative process

As part of my LinkedIn strategy, I profiled Kent returnees who left the company for various reasons. It was at the time that the Great Resignation saw a reversal with employees returning to old employment. It was intended to show that employees seek a familiar culture and a comfortable workplace.

Returned to Kent after a career break abroad

In the interview, Michele Hutchison emphasised that after taking a career break abroad, she found Kent to be the perfect place to return to. Having built connections and appreciating the company culture, she chose to join Kent upon returning to the UK from Saudi Arabia.

Returned to Kent after eight years away
