My story is all in the name.

Menzi is of South African origin and means "Creator or Maker".

Creating has always been part of my life, from drawings and poetry to writing and building a makeshift electric fan for a school science competition.

A friend on Facebook noticed my knack for storytelling and referred me to an agency hiring a social media coordinator. I applied reluctantly, got the job, and that launched my digital storytelling career.

I am a Dubai-based employer branding and digital communications lead with 12+ years' experience. I develop brand strategies across channels and craft engaging stories that deliver business results.

I take a human-first approach to employer branding and use AI responsibly to streamline workflows and amplify impact, not to replace human judgment. I work smarter to meet today’s fast-paced demands.

Outside work, I love to travel and immerse myself in stories of people from different backgrounds; this broadens my perspective and I plough those insights back into my work.
