My story is all in the name.

Menzi is of South African origin and means "Creator or Maker".

When my parents named me Menzi, they would never have imagined I would live up to it.

Creating has always been part of my life. I have always made things happen, from artistic drawings to poetry to writing to building an electric fan using wire for a science competition at school.

A close friend on Facebook discovered my talent for crafting compelling stories. He enjoyed reading my thoughts and referred me to an agency hiring a social media coordinator. I applied reluctantly and got the job. That was the beginning of my digital storytelling career.

I'm a Dubai-based employer branding and digital communications lead with 9+ years' experience. I create brand strategies for different channels and engaging stories that achieve business objectives.
